We encourage the development of effective communication skills. Our care workers build healthy working relationships with the service users, developing rapport for them to express themselves freely. We encourage the development of problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills and critical thinking. We encourage our service users to be confident and self-sustained to prevent the development of a dependency syndrome for them to live inspired lives.
